1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., swimwear, underwear)
3. Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service
- Email our customer service team at support@divinejewelrystore.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Ship the Item(s)
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
